This Williamson blended malt whiskey has been matured for 12 years and bottled by independent bottlers Thompson Bros. at 50% ABV. Enjoy the full-bodied taste of this whiskey!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: pickled walnuts, sweaty farmer's barn, venison; smoked pheasants, fatty and rich. Some old passive sherry notes. Cigar butts, a pebbly minerality, antique books, clove cigarettes.
Palate: Books, waxed oak floor planks, pickled marinade, smoked pineapple salsa and antiques accompanied by clove cigarettes.
Finish: Enjoy the refreshing aroma of mentholated tobacco with a dry (peaty) spiciness of sandalwood, camphor and chili oil.
