Delia's Dreams Loyalty Program
With the Delias Drams loyalty program, you automatically collect Delias Drams when you order from Delias Whiskyshop. You can redeem these for valuable rewards such as glasses, merchandise, or samples.
We have spared no effort and developed the loyalty program especially for you. If someone finds a bug or wants to suggest a feature (which we will then implement), we will credit your customer account with 500 points.
Collecting Delias Drams
To collect points, you need to create a customer account. Guest orders, for example via PayPal, will not earn you any points. For every euro of merchandise value, you receive 3 Delias Drams. Shipping costs are not included. The credit is automatically applied once your order is paid.
How to access your customer account
Open the customer account icon in the top right of the shop. Then you can log in or create an account.
View your balance
You can find your current Delias Drams balance in your customer account. There you can also see which rewards you can already redeem.
Redeeming rewards
If you have enough Delias Drams, you can select available rewards in your customer account and add them to your cart. The reward will be automatically discounted at checkout. You do not need to enter a discount code.
Rewards are shipped with your regular order. Their weight counts towards the total weight of your order.
When are Delias Drams deducted?
Delias Drams for a reward are only deducted after a successful order. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, the Delias Drams will be adjusted accordingly.
Expiration
Your Delias Drams remain active as long as you order from us regularly. If no further order is placed within 9 months, collected Delias Drams may expire.
Good to know
- Delias Drams belong to your customer account.
- Delias Drams are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
- In your customer account, you can see available, collected, and redeemed Delias Drams.
