The Springbank 10 year old is the characteristic malt of this renowned distillery and impresses with a lively variety of aromas. The first encounter reveals a distinctive cereal character, accompanied by fruity notes of gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes and a fine honeycomb nuance.
This fruity and cereal profile continues in the taste. The palate evaluation reveals a harmonious combination of oat flakes, malted barley and fresh orange fruit. As the whisky progresses, complex aromas of heather honey, hard toffee mass and spicy hints of nutmeg and cinnamon develop. This variety gives the whisky a full-bodied and at the same time sophisticated texture.
