The 17 Year Old Speyside (M) by Signatory Vintage is an impressive single malt Scotch whiskey that has matured in a sherry butt for 17 years. Bottled in 2023, this whiskey was distilled in 2005 and was bottled at cask strength, which means an alcohol content of 58.5% unfiltered. A total of only 681 bottles were produced, making this whiskey a rare and coveted rarity.
The taste of the 17 Year Old Speyside (M) is absolutely remarkable. Due to the long barrel storage, it has developed numerous complex flavors, which can best unfold with a little time and patience.
