Slyrs Bavarian Rye Whisky
The Slyrs Bavarian Rye Whisky is a true taste explosion for every whisky lover. Made from the Bavarian ancient grain rye, which provides a sweet malt, this whisky is perfectly complemented by a mash of barley and wheat. The three-grain mash, which is characterized by the majority of rye, gives this whisky a unique aroma and is therefore clearly different from the SLYRS Bavarian Single Malt.
Distillation takes place in copper stills, which ensure that the distillate is processed gently. The whisky is then stored for at least three years in American white oak barrels, which give it a fine vanilla note.
