Isle of Raasay Scottish Distillery of the Year Edition
The Isle of Raasay Scottish Distillery of the Year Edition is an exquisite whiskey that gets its unique taste through special processing. The raw spirit is made without peat fires and then matures in Four Roses bourbon barrels, which give it a gentle yet full taste. But that's not all, because the special thing about this whiskey is the finish in rare Virgin Oak Casks made from Colombian oak (Quercus humboldtii). This type of oak is very rare and gives the whiskey notes of vanilla and caramel that harmonize perfectly with the existing taste.
