Glenturret 12 Years 2022 Edition
The Glenturret 12 Year Old Whiskey Edition for 2022 is a special bottling, made due to its careful selection of only around 60 barrels. Each individual barrel is hand selected to ensure the highest quality of this single malt whiskey.
The Glenturret 12 year old bottling is the centerpiece of their range and is made by using American oak barrels with a sweet dessert flavor and European oak barrels with a full-bodied flavor of dried fruits and spices. Maturation in oak barrels follows a traditional process that only develops its full effect after a long time.
Aromas of caramelized apples and a creamy vanilla cream unfold on the nose, reminiscent of a fruity tart with a cinnamon topping and a hint of caramel. The taste of this whiskey is full-bodied and rich with a perfect combination of sweet and spicy notes. The finish is long-lasting and characterized by a mild oak note.
