Glenallachie 30 Years Batch 3
The Glenallachie 30 is the result of careful craftsmanship and decades of experience in handling barrels and distillate. Under the direction of master blender Billy Walker, eight carefully selected barrels of PX, Oloroso and Virgin Oak were used for this limited edition. The whiskey was bottled at a cask strength of 48.9%, not chill-filtered and retains its natural color.
The collaboration between distillery and barrel was monitored until the optimal interaction between the two was achieved. The result is a whiskey of impressive balance and complexity that showcases the genuine essence of Glenallachie.
This outstanding 30-year-old whiskey is available in just 2,400 bottles worldwide. With this whiskey Glenallachie has once again proven that it is one of the best distilleries in Scotland and Billy Walker's commitment and attention to detail stands for outstanding quality.
