Glen Scotia Signature Series
The Glen Scotia Signature Series is a bottling of the original bottling from the Glen Scotia distillery, located in the Campbeltown region of Scotland. The single malt whiskey was bottled on July 3, 2023 and has an alcohol content of 46%. 1st fill bourbon barrels were used, which gives it a certain sweetness as well as notes of vanilla and caramel.
The Signature Series is special compared to other Glen Scotia expressions as it serves to showcase the whiskey 's true potential. Not only are colorings used, but also cooling filtration is avoided in order to preserve the full aroma and texture of the whiskey.
