Edradour 11 Years Sauvignon Cask is a Scottish single malt whiskey that impresses with its single cask bottling from cask number 1002 and the alcohol content of 48.2%. Distilled on April 20, 2012, this whiskey combines traditional craftsmanship with the elegance of wine and was bottled in December 2023 without chill filtration or coloring to guarantee true naturalness. The special thing about this Edradour is that it is matured in a first fill Sauvignon cask, which gives it a unique taste.

As a product of the collaboration between the historic distillery and the renowned St. Michael-Eppan winery from South Tyrol, this whiskey reflects both the passion for excellent spirits and fine wines.
