The Caol Ila distillery is one of the best-known whiskey producers in the world and has once again proven why it is one of the best in the industry with its 16-year-old bottling from the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. The single malt whiskey was distilled on September 28, 2007 and bottled on November 8, 2023 with an alcohol content of 58.5%.
This single barrel bottling with barrel number 5 is also a rarity because only 661 bottles were filled. Every single bottle is therefore unique and a valuable addition to any whiskey collection.
