The Zacapa No. 23 is stored in selected barrels that have previously housed robustAmerican whiskey , fine sherries and fine Pedro Ximénez wines. The result is an incomparably round and balanced rum that is best enjoyed neat or over ice. But it also develops its full aroma in mixed drinks with dark spirits and is a real enrichment for every cocktail.
