Yamazakura Sasakawa Japanese Single Malt Whiskey
Asaka Single Malt Whisky is an unpeated single malt from the traditional Asaka distillery in Fukushima, which belongs to the Sasanokawa Shuzo Company - a company that has stood for quality since 1765 and began producing whisky in the 1940s.
Only high-quality local ingredients and the region's clear mountain spring water are used in its production. This whisky matured for over three years in carefully selected first-fill bourbon casks, giving it its distinctive character.
The result is a whisky with a fresh, fruity aroma and a lingering citrus fragrance that invigorates the senses. On the palate, a deep and complex flavor profile unfolds, reflecting the dedication and precision that goes into each bottle.
