B-GOODS label slightly faded
The Whitlaw 6 year old Animals of Scotland is a whisky that comes from the Orkneys region (Islands) and is matured in a refill bourbon hogshead. But that's not all - this unique distillate was also finished for 2 years in a 2nd fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, which gives it an incomparable complexity and depth.
After 6 years of maturation, the whisky was finally bottled at an impressive cask strength of 61.6% ABV and contained in a limited edition of just 238 bottles. Each individual bottle is numbered and therefore contains a unique, hand-crafted work of art.
