This Irishsingle malt , made from 100% Irish barley, is the first Sexton with an age statement, bottled exclusively for travel retail.
Triple distillation in copper pot stills and 11 years of maturation in French oak casks previously used for Oloroso sherry from the family-run Bodega Antonio Paez Labato in Jerez have resulted in an exceptional Irish single malt. It impresses with a superb balance of fruity notes, spicy oak, and gentle sweetness.
