Starward Octave Barrels
Starward Octave Barrels is exceptional because of the barrels that are used. The cult wine "The Octavius" from Australia is stored exclusively in 100-liter octagonal barrels. The small casks ensure a strong interaction and lead to an intensive maturation of the Starward whisky. The result has earned a double gold at the SFWSC and tastes of raisins, aniseed, caramel and dark, rich fruits.
