The Slyrs Pedro Ximenez Cask Finish is a remarkable whisky that gets its unique note from the use of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in the maturation process. The use of Pedro Ximénez grapes, obtained from ripe white grapes, gives this whisky a rich and fruity aromatics accompanied by a beguiling fragrance.

The Palomino grape, a classic sherry grape, is heavily dried to produce a high sugar content. This sugar content is a key factor in the processing of Slyrs Pedro Ximenez Cask Finish. The finish in the cask that previously contained this exceptional sherry gives the whisky a mouth-filling taste that ensures a mild aftertaste.
