The Slyrs Anniversary Edition 25 Years is an outstanding masterpiece that embodies the essence of two decades of Bavarian whisky art. This exclusive edition was created by the most experienced distillers of the Slyrs Bavarian Whisky Distillery and is a tribute to the traditional history and craftsmanship that has been cultivated in the barrel hall on the picturesque Schliersee since it was founded 25 years ago.
For this special creation, five carefully selected casks were combined, each contributing a unique flavor nuance. Each cask was carefully chosen to maximize the variety and complexity of the final product. Maturation in high-quality casks, including ex-bourbon and sherry casks, gives the whisky a complex range of flavors, ranging from fruity notes to spicy facets and sweet caramel.
