Slyrs Distillers Choice Pineau des Charentes
The Slyrs Distillers Choice 2023 is an exquisite single cask bottling distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2023. With an alcohol content of 56.4%, it presents a cask strength that intensifies the aromas of the whiskey and allows the palate to enjoy the diversity of its flavors.
Specially selected barrels were used to mature the Slyrs Distillers Choice 2023: the whiskey was stored in American oak barrels for three years before being stored in Pineau des Charentes barrels for a further five years. The result is a taste experience that is characterized by a harmonious balance of different flavors.
