Slyrs Amontillado Cask Finish

The Slyrs Amontillado Cask Finish is a unique single malt whisky that is created through a perfect combination of American white oak barrels and original Amontillado barrels from Spain. Storage in the new American white oak barrels gives the whisky its characteristic taste and its golden yellow color. But that is just the beginning.

After several years of maturing in white oak barrels, the Slyrs whisky is stored for over 11 months in the original Amontillado barrels of the famous Bodegas Tradición in Jerez. These special barrels are up to 50 years old and give the whisky an incomparable finish. Storage in the Amontillado barrel adds fine notes of caramel, honey and raisins to the Slyrs whisky, making it a true pleasure experience.
