The origin of this noble drop lies in the stormy waters of the Scottish islands, where the peat leaves an unmistakable note in the air. After maturing for 14 years in first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts, the Secret Orkney has not only absorbed the characteristic aromas of the peat, but also the rich, fruity and nutty nuances of the sherry. This special barrel storage gives the whisky a complex aroma that delights both lovers and connoisseurs.
