Penderyn Sherrywood Edition
The Penderyn Sherrywood Edition is an aromatic single malt whiskey from Wales that spent its maturation period in ex-Bourbon casks and then received a finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks to develop its intense fruity aromas. The combination of dark fruits, rich toffee, green apple and hazelnut on the nose gives this whiskey a profound complexity.
The palate is accompanied by rich sweetness that gives way to a refreshing dryness. The sweet notes of toffee and sultanas form a long-lasting finish and unite with wintry spices and sherry and oak aromas, which are in perfect balance with each other.
