Old School Malt 31 Years Older Ibisco
The Signatory Vintage Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is a true treasure that will make the hearts of Scotch lovers beat faster. The Old School Malt 31 years was composed of 104 carefully selected single malts from different vintages from distilleries that are now closed or demolished. These are Banff, Brora, Coleburn, Dallas Dhu, Glen Mhor, Killyloch, Littlemill, Lochside and Port Ellen.
This unique blend was matured in sherry butts to reach its full perfection, using only casks that had previously been used for sherry maturation. In total, only 1,148 bottles were bottled, all individually numbered and of the highest quality.
