The Old Perth Palo Cortado Limited Edition is an exquisite addition to the renowned whiskey manufacturer's core range. As one of the rarest sherry styles, Palo Cortado is known for its special aroma intensity and full body. For this limited edition, the base whiskeys were allowed to mature for 12-24 months in first fill Palo Cortado butts, which led to an even more intense flavor development. The aromas of the Speyside single malts, which were blended together in this edition, are perfectly rounded off by the special character of the Palo Cortado.
