The Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt Whisky Quiet Rebels Amy embodies the harmonious combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern ecological principles. This whisky is produced in the renowned Nc'nean distillery on the wild west coast of the Scottish Highlands, where an untouched nature is ideal for the production exceptional spirits.
The character of this whisky is largely determined by the use of carefully selected barrels. In addition to the classic STR red wine and bourbon barrels, whisky is also matured in rare barrels filled with organic Maury. These barrels, which are filled with a high-quality French fortified wine, give the whisky an unmistakable depth and complexity. The production of Maury is similar to that of port wine and brings fruity, sweet aromas to the single malt.
