The Millstone 6 Years Unpeated Windmill Collection No 2 is a Dutch single malt whisky from the Zuidam Distillery. The whisky was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2024. It matured in a 1st Fill PX Sherry Butt (cask number 18B126) and is limited to only 757 bottles. The full-bodied, unpeated whisky combines fruity aromas of peach and plum with creamy vanilla, sweet raisins and fine herbal notes. This special bottling was inspired not only by the windmill, but also by one of the most famous artists from the Netherlands.
