The Loch Lomond 16 Years Waypoint Series Falls of Falloch represents not only an exquisite single malt whisky, but also the breathtaking beauty of the Scottish landscape that surrounds it. This limited edition embodies the heritage and tradition of the Loch Lomond distillery, which is located in the picturesque setting of the Trossachs National Park, famous for its impressive waterfalls and unspoilt nature.
This 16 year old single malt was distilled exclusively in traditional Swan Neck pot stills, giving it exceptional complexity and depth. It is matured in a carefully selected range of American oak casks, including bourbon, refill and re-charred casks, giving it a harmonious balance of sweet and spicy flavours. The subsequent 12-month finishing in first fill cognac casks takes this whisky to a new level. This finishing touch gives Loch Lomond Falls of Falloch its distinctive flavour profile, characterised by elegant fruity notes and subtle spice complexity.
