With an alcohol content of 49.2% and a single cask bottling, this single malt whisky unfolds an impressive complexity and depth. The cask strength ensures that the aromas come through in their purest form, without the influence of chill filtration or coloring.
The colour of the whisky is an inviting dark mahogany tone, which indicates the long maturation and interaction with the sherry cask. When tasting, fine cinnamon spice and sweet notes of toffee conquer the palate, while a hint of orange zest refreshes the senses. The persistent cherry notes give this whisky a fruity elegance that combines harmoniously with the spices.
