During this time the whiskey was able to develop and unfold its full aroma and unique characteristics.
The secret of the exceptional taste of the Langatun Cask Proof Distillery Edition lies in the maturation in a Nero d'Avola Red Wine barrel from Sicily/Southern Italy. This cask has given the whiskey a perfectly balanced cask strength of 61.9%, which perfectly complements the aroma of the Nero d'Avola.
The Langatun Distillery has earned an excellent reputation for producing high quality whiskeys and the Cask Proof Distillery Edition is another gem in their collection.
