The Kilchoman Sanaig impresses with an alcohol content of 46%, which offers a harmonious balance between intensity and complexity. The careful selection of the cask types plays a decisive role in the development of the taste: 60% of the whisky matured in sherry casks, while 40% was stored in bourbon casks. These Combination creates a rich and complex aroma that includes both fruity and spicy notes.
