Jim Beam Devil's Cut
Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a unique bourbon that is extracted from the very heart of the wooden barrel. Unlike Angel's Share, which evaporates during aging, Devil's Cut is extracted from the distillate that normally remains locked in the wood of the barrel.
Their patented process allows them to release and extract the intense and rich flavor of the Devil's Share. The Devil's Cut has a deep mahogany brown color and a complex aroma with notes of oak, vanilla and caramel that blend perfectly with the robust and earthy flavor of the bourbon.
