The Isle of Raasay 2019/2024 Chinkapin Oak Cask is an outstanding representative of the Hebridean single malt Scotch whiskies, embodying the tradition and unique characteristics of the Scottish islands. This exquisite single malt was distilled in 2019 and matured for over five years in a carefully selected first Fill Chinkapin Oak Cask, whose cask number is 19/69. The casks come from the North American oak species that are specifically used for the maturation of this whisky .

Thanks to the special treatment, in which the barrels are freshly charred and roasted, the whisky acquires a deep golden color and a complex aroma right from the start of maturation. The high alcohol content of 61.3% vol. Cask Strength ensures an intense taste experience that not only invigorates the senses, but also opens up the possibilities for flavor development.
