We are proud to present this special bottling, which matures in the fresh ex-bourbon casks (85%), while the Oloroso (11%) and Fino sherry casks (4%) add additional depth. Batch HE 00009 24. A gentle peat note of 12-15 ppm complements the complex aromatic play that emerges after 5-7 years of maturation.

With a bottle strength of 46% and thanks to unchill filtered bottling and no dyes, every drop guarantees the highest quality and purity. Hand bottling directly on Harris ensures a lovingly controlled production that reflects the character of this unique Scottish island.
