Für die limitierte zweite Edition von Between You and I hat Highland Park mit der Food-Künstlerin Laila Gohar zusammengearbeitet. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die persönlichen Eindrücke beim Genuss: Bewusst verzichtet das Konzept auf vorgegebene Verkostungsnotizen und lässt Raum für eigene Assoziationen.

Die letzten sechs Jahre reifte der Whisky in neuen, unbehandelten Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche. Diese Entscheidung traf Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson als Bezug zu Gohars ägyptischen Wurzeln.

Auch die Geschenkbox greift den künstlerischen Ansatz auf. Kleine Fenster geben den Blick auf Bildwelten frei, die auf Gohars Eindrücken beim Verkosten beruhen. Ein beiliegendes Booklet erläutert die Gedanken und Hintergründe der Zusammenarbeit.
