The Hakushu 18 Years Peated 100th Anniversary is a special anniversary whisky from the renowned manufacturer Suntory Whisky. This limited edition consists of carefully selected malted whisky that has been aged in different casks for a minimum of 18 years. Hakushu Distillery's still blenders use peat to achieve the smoky flavor, while the region's exceptional mountain water is filtered through ancient granite rocks to soften the flavor.
Specially created to celebrate Suntory Whisky's 100th anniversary, this whisky is a true gem among Japanese single malt whiskys. An excellent drop for connoisseurs and lovers of high-quality whisky, which impresses with its unique taste and exceptional quality.
Tasting Notes:
Lively with top notes of sage, ripe green apples and hints of ripe pineapple. Complex smoke revealing layers of herbal, grapefruit and acacia honey notes. Elegant smoke that lingers with undertones of fresh green citrus.
