The new Batch 9 continues the successful history of bottling! Billy Walker has combined again! Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks meet Rioja barrique casks and virgin oak casks that have been burned out at a medium level. The result is a fabulous balance of dried fruits, spices, dark chocolate and the typical Glenallachie sweetness. A taste experience that should definitely not be missed!
