Filey Bay Moscatel finish
The Filey Bay Moscatel Finish is a new bottling from the renowned Spirit of Yorkshire distillery and was presented for the first time in 2021. As the name suggests, this is a single malt whiskey that has matured in both former bourbon barrels and Moscatel barrels.
The finish in the Moscatel barrels gives the whiskey its characteristic aroma, which is characterized by fruity-sweet notes. The barrels come from a small bodega in Spain and are carefully selected by Spirit of Yorkshire. The result is a perfectly balanced whiskey that impresses with both its aromas and its taste.
