Edradour 14 Years Singer Fischer Pinot Noir Cask
The Edradour was bottled after 14 years of aging for the Singer Fischer winery. The whiskey comes from the Highland region of Scotland . Only one barrel #601 with 368 bottles was filled. The alcohol content is 46%. No chill filtration or coloring was used. Edradour 's popular single malt whiskeys have enjoyed great popularity for decades and since the esteemed Andrew Symington took over at the helm of the distillery in 2002, it has continued to enjoy great popularity. This highly regarded distillery near Pitlochry still has antique machinery from the 19th century!
A collaboration between two family businesses with traditional craftsmanship, Edradour has released six rare new casks paired with renowned German wineries - making it truly "Scotland's Little Gem". Due to the finish in Pinot Noir barriques made from American oak, the Edradour 2007/2022 - Singer-Fischer Pinot Noir #601, on the other hand, combines delicate cassis aromas with a hint of vanilla.
