Kilchoman "one of a kind" THE SISTER CASKS – A MATURATION JOURNEY

Discover the rarest Kilchoman casks yet: Sister Casks. Unveiling six exclusive, never-before-seen casks, selected on a 50th anniversary trip to Islay for the Hanseatic Wine Trading Company. These "one-of-a-kind" editions include whiskies matured in Oloroso sherry casks and a unique 100% Islay age-statement malt distilled from home-grown barley. Personally hand-picked by Peter Wills and Stephan Ehmke, these Sister Casks offer a unique maturation journey in Kilchoman's Dunnage Warehouse. Experience the evolution of flavours in each and every Sister Cask.

All barrels are distilled and bottled on the same day. We are pleased to be able to offer this unique experiment. Learn with us about the influence of each barrel. Bottled at cask strength, of course!

A very special highlight are 2 Oloroso Sherry sister casks. These are very rare old sherry casks, of which there are almost none left in the Kilchoman distillery.
