The Dingle 8 Year Old Single Cask Cognac Finish is an exquisite single malt whiskey that has matured for eight years in the maritime microclimate of the far west of Ireland. Triple distilled and then refined in a barrel pre-filled with cognac, this whiskey presents itself with additional fruity freshness and spice.
The bottling is a single cask bottling and has a remarkable cask strength of 59.5%. The whiskey was distilled on September 22nd, 2015 and bottled on September 25th, 2023. As a special feature, the cask type of the Cognac Cask Finish can be highlighted, which is responsible for the incomparable aroma and flavor notes of the whiskey .
