Deanston Tequila Cask Finish
This Deanston was made by hand and first matured in ex- bourbon barrels. It was then given a unique finish in tequila barrels, giving it a distinctive taste profile. The 15-year-old single malt whisky from the Deanston Distillery presents a harmonious combination of sweet vanilla notes and lively agave notes. The additional maturation in tequila barrels gives it subtle hints of citrus fruits and a pleasant spiciness. On the palate, the Deanston 15 years is soft and full-bodied, with a balanced balance between the sweetness of the bourbon and the exotic influences of the tequila.
