Craigellachie 23 years
Craigellachie 23 Year Old is a superb single malt whiskey from the Craigellachie distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland . It has been matured in oak barrels which give it its characteristic aromas of fresh fruit, vanilla and chocolate.
The distillate is double distilled and passed through a copper still to achieve a special taste. Craigellachie 23 Year Old is a complex and rich whiskey known for its deep character and silky texture.
On the nose it offers a bouquet of fruit, oak and vanilla accompanied by subtle notes of spices and nuts. On the palate the whiskey is soft and silky with a tangy taste of ripe fruit and vanilla. The finish is long with hints of honey and dark chocolate.
