The Balvenie Distillery, located in Dufftown in the heart of Speyside, is one of Scotland's most traditional and iconic distilleries. Founded in 1892 by William Grant, Balvenie continues to uphold traditional craftsmanship while incorporating innovative approaches. The distillery is one of the few in Scotland that still operates its own barley mill, floor malting, copper pot stills, and cooperage. This complete control over the production process allows Balvenie to create whiskies of the highest quality and with a distinctive character.
