Akkeshi presents their exclusive small-batch whiskeys in the "24 Solar Term Series", which were inspired by the 24 solar years of the ancient Asian calendar. The seventh release in the series is the lightly peated Akkeshi Seimei 2022. 'Seimei' is the word for 'fresh, bright, vibrant' and is symbolic of the time after winter when everything comes back to life. The contrasts of this period are represented by the dark green and bright blue packaging with flying swallows.
