Yamazaki 18 years Mizunara 100th Anniversary

Yamazaki 18 Year Old Mizunara 100th Anniversary is a truly unique single malt whiskey creation, specially created to celebrate Suntory Whisky's 100th anniversary. The exceptional taste of this whisky can be attributed to the careful selection of malt whiskys, all of which have been aged exclusively in Mizunara casks for a minimum of 18 years.

Mizunara wood, which grows exclusively in Japan, is characterized by its particular robustness and resilience. It is known as the "finisher" of Yamazaki whisky , giving it a unique Japanese flavor and elegance.

Tasting Notes:

Rich and elegant notes of dark cherries and ripe peaches rounded off with cinnamon and nutmeg. Finely spiced organ sounds with undertones of Japanese incense. Long and lasting, refined with cloves, sandalwood and hints of dried coconut.
