Yamazaki 12 years
The Yamazaki distillery is the oldest distillery in Japan and is located north of Osaka on the outskirts of the former capital Kyoto. It matures in American ex-bourbon casks, in Spanish ex-Sherry casks made from European oak and in Japanese Mizunara oak casks and is bottled after a minimum of 12 years.
