This exclusive bottle comes from a single cask of which only 135 bottles were made. Matured for over 18 years in a first fill ex-bourbon cask, this malt produces a smooth and creamy flavor with warming fruity notes and a dark oak finish.
Tasting Notes
Nose: cut grass, mint, freshly mown hay.
Palate: Sweet caramel, then black pepper with hints of potato and some saltiness too.
Finish: Reminiscent of warm sweet chips with salt and pepper.
