Teeling 21 Year Old Rising Reserve No. 4 White Wine
The fourth release of the Teeling Rising Reserve is a 21-year-old Irish Single Malt. Initially, the whiskey matured for 18 years in ex-Bourbon casks. Afterwards, it received a three-year finish in selected white wine casks. This limited edition was bottled at 46% ABV and without chill-filtration.
On the nose, candied lemon, vanilla, cookie dough, and toffee meet lightly roasted barley. The palate reveals bright tropical fruits, citrus, white chocolate, and soft tannins. The long, mild finish is accompanied by orchard fruits and honey.
