Trinidad Distillers Limited (TDL) is the largest rum producer in Trinidad and a key player in the history of Caribbean rum. As the commercial arm of the renowned Angostura brand, TDL is behind both renowned brands and a number of sought-after single-cask bottlings, particularly highlighted by independent bottlers.
TDL produces its rums in modern column stills and is known for a style that harmoniously combines elegance and structure. TDL rums are often light to medium-bodied, but are characterized by a rich character, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, oak, toffee, and a subtle hint of spice brought about by barrel aging.
