TDL 17 years Trinidad Rum Delias Rum Cat
As part of the Delias Tropical Rum Cat Collection, we proudly present our first own rum bottling - the TDL 17 years, exclusively for Delias Whiskyshop GmbH. Distilled in December 2006 and bottled in June 2024, this rum is a true treasure that has enjoyed an incredible 17-year maturation period in bourbon casks. 8 years tropical in Trinidad and 9 years continental maturation. Only 360 bottles were bottled. Each bottling in this series will be a select single cask at cask strength, of course not colored, not chill-filtered and with no added sugar.
We waited a long time and tested many barrel samples until we finally found what we were looking for with this bottling. The whole team was excited from the start. This is finally the barrel we were looking for. We are very happy to be able to share this rum with you.
